At Fernando's Mexican and Brazilian Cuisine, they blend the vibrant flavors of Mexico and Brazil to create a unique culinary experience.

Livery Cantina

Set in a restored historic building with vibrant rooftop views, featuring Central and South American wood-fired cooking and an agave-forward bar.

Bakersfield

Authentic Mexican street fare with 100+ tequilas and whiskeys. Simple food, warm service, and a lively atmosphere.

Show up early—entry is first come, first served and ID is required at the door.
Taste both margaritas from each contender—classic and mezcal.
Cast your vote for the Crowd Favorite Classic Margarita.
Our judges crown the official winners for Best Classic and Best Mezcal.
Stick around—DJ, drinks, empanadas through the afternoon.

There will be QR codes all around the event that allow you to cast a vote for your crowd favorite.

Is it more competition or party? +

Both — it’s a tasting showdown with bit of party energy.

What should I bring? +

Your ID, your friends, and a desire of tequila.

Can I bring my children? +

No—this is a 21+ event. You’ll have to leave the kids at home for this one.

Will there be food? +

Yes—small bites will be available including empanadas (cheese & steak), churros, and street corn.
